02 Our Services
Crocoding provides software development services including custom web applications, business automation, dashboards, API integrations, development of existing software and complete software products. The exact scope, functionality, deliverables, schedule and technical requirements of each project may be agreed separately through written communication, a proposal, invoice, project brief or other agreement between Crocoding and the client.
03 Orders and Payments
Prices displayed on the website relate to the services and scope described at the time of purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Additional functionality, integrations or work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms, privacy policies and processing rules may also apply.
04 Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing the information, requirements, materials, feedback, approvals, credentials and access reasonably required for Crocoding to perform the agreed services. Delays in providing required information, access or feedback may affect development timelines and delivery dates.
05 Changes and Additional Work
Development is based on the scope and requirements agreed before or during the project. Reasonable adjustments may be included where agreed. Requests for new functionality, significant changes to requirements, additional integrations or other work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and may affect the project timeline.
06 Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a project, contact Crocoding as soon as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on the development work already completed, resources committed to the project, third-party costs and the terms agreed for the specific service. Where permitted by applicable law, completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses may be deducted from any refund.
07 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Crocoding retains ownership of its pre-existing code, reusable components, development tools, libraries, frameworks, internal processes, technical methods and other intellectual property created independently of a specific client project. Rights to custom software and other final deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred or licensed to the client following full payment, subject to any third-party, open-source or other applicable licences.
08 Client Content and Access
By providing data, content, software, documentation, credentials, APIs, databases or other materials to Crocoding, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for them to be used as part of the project. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any information or access supplied to Crocoding may legally be used for the agreed development work.
09 Third-Party Services
Software developed by Crocoding may use or integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, cloud services, databases, payment processors, libraries or other external services. Crocoding is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, restrictions, discontinued functionality or other actions taken independently by third-party providers.
10 Software Delivery and Performance
Crocoding works to deliver reliable and functional software in accordance with the agreed project requirements. Software may depend on browsers, operating systems, hosting infrastructure, third-party services and other technologies outside Crocoding's direct control. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Crocoding does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every external system or any specific financial or business outcome resulting from the use of the software.
